Senate Bill 514: THE ANTI-LGBT, ANTI-FAMILY, MARRIAGE DISCRIMINATION CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT
This bill will would ban same-gender marriage, prohibit civil unions and strip domestic partner benefits, among other harms.
This amendment will now appear on a May 8, 2012 primary ballot, where North Carolina voters will be asked to vote "for" or "against" this discriminatory legislation. VOTE "AGAINST" THE AMENDMENT ON MAY 8.

House Bill 478: Nondiscrimination in State/Employment
This bill would protect state workers from discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
House Bill 777: Anti-LGBT Amendment
This bill would amend the state constitution to prohibit marriage for gay and lesbian couples.
Senate Bill 106: Anti-LGBT Amendment
This bill would amend the state constitution to prohibit marriage or any other relationship recognition for same-sex couples.
Senate Bill 208: Conform State Law to Lawrence v. Texas
This bill would reform North Carolina's unconstitutional "Crime Against Nature" law to bring it into compliance with the U.S. Supreme Court decision striking down all sodomy laws nationwide. It would make clear that the law cannot be applied to consenting adults in a private place. It would also repeal two unconstitutional statutes affecting unmarried opposite-sex couples.
